There will be an early-bird registration fee of $400 U.S., which will be available May 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019, after which the registration fee will increase to $450 U.S. To take advantage of the early-bird registration fee, all balances must be paid in full by May 31, 2019. If there is a remaining account balance after May 31, 2019, the registration fee will change to the normal fee of $450 U.S.
